Terms and Conditions

The following are the terms and conditions for the use of the area and facilities available at the GO-FOOD Festival.

  1. PROVISIONS OF GO-FOOD FESTIVAL LOCATION AND FACILITIES
  • Each GO-FOOD Festival location has the following facilities:
    • Stage and stage area
    • Dining Area
  • The facilities within the GO-FOOD Festival location can be used for community, group or individual groups, such as gatherings, workshops, social gathering, shows, sports activities - free of charge.
  • Use the "Online Reservation" form to explain the purpose of activities and needs that can be prepared by the local team at each GO-FOOD Festival location.
  • The minimum number of participants for the GO-FOOD Festival location reservation is 10 participants.
  • Only reservations that have been confirmed by the GO-FOOD Festival team will be allowed to hold activities on site. Confirmation will be made via email
  • Make sure the reservation is done 2 weeks before the event, so that the team at the location can help confirm the event and prepare the location well.
  • Cancellation of the event should be done no later than 10 days before the event, so that the GO-FOOD Festival can provide schedule allocation to other parties
  1. PROVISIONS OF EVENTS AND OPERATION OF ACTIVITIES IN GO-FOOD FESTIVAL
  • The types of events and activities organized by the tenants within the GO-FOOD Festival location must follow the following conditions:
    • In accordance with the norms of modesty and decency
    • Does not contain political, racial and religious messages
    • Does not contain commercial messages that peddling products or carrying certain products without the knowledge of the GO-FOOD Festival's commission
    • Not allowed to bring pets
  • Facilities outside the list provided via confirmation email must be prepared by the event organizer
  • The event organizer must prepare a separate security team if the number of participants exceeds 100 people
  • If the event held by the tenant charges an entry fee for participants, then the tenant must have an additional investment value for the event and must go through the consultation of the GO-FOOD Festival team first
  • Participants and event organizers are expected to take care and supervise their own item. GO-FOOD Festival is not responsible for the loss or damage of equipment or goods carried during the event
  • Participants and event organizers are prohibited from bringing foods and drinks from outside. During the event, all participants were encouraged to consume foods and drinks that been sold at the GO-FOOD Festival location
  • Event participants are encouraged to take care/maintain all types of property belonging to the GO-FOOD Festival
    Damage caused by the event organizer is the responsibility of the event organizer and if applicable, the damage replacement fee will be delegated to the event organizer
  • Every transaction at the GO-FOOD Festival location are using GO-PAY balance
    • GO-PAY balance can be top-up at the GO-FOOD Festival location using cash
    • Participants can top-up before the activity, in order to smooth the transactions on site
  1. PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES IN GO-FOOD FESTIVAL
  • Each community, group or individual group may include promotional activities at the GO-FOOD Festival location both internally and externally, using the official GO-FOOD Festival logo as the organizing partner.
  • Promotional material must be consulted with the GO-FOOD Festival team
