GO-SHOP

How do I buy goods or food from other stores?

If you can't find the goods, store, or food you want in GO-FOOD, you can use GO-SHOP to get your needs without minimum purchase and with maximum delivery distance of 25 km. Search or pin point any store or restaurant as long as it is inside a 100 km radius from your current location. In GO-SHOP, you can make multiple orders at a time. 

By upgrading to the latest version of GOJEK app, you can communicate with GO-SHOP driver easily through the in-app chat feature. Below are the steps of using GO-SHOP: 

  1. Choose GO-SHOP in main menu

  2. Add the store’s or restaurant's location
  3. Choose 'Next' to continue

     

  4. Add item details
  5. Add an estimated price for the item. You can not change the estimated price when the order is already placed. Please contact your driver to re-confirm the price
  6. Choose 'Next' to continue

  7. Add your delivery location
  8. Choose ‘Next’ to continue


 

  1. Choose your preferred payment method (GO-PAY or Cash)
  2. Select 'Order GO-SHOP' to complete your booking

  1. When you get a driver, you can see his/her location and contact him/her via call or in-app chat

 

I didn’t receive my item

In using GO-SHOP, making sure all the complete and correct data such as destination address and the recipient number is a must to avoid unreceived item(s).

The item(s) that was not successfully sent because the recipient cannot be found at the destination address, are not the responsibility of GO-SHOP, and GO-SHOP does not provide any deposit service in whatsoever form to the customers.

The items of GO-SHOP services that cannot be delivered because the receiver cannot be found at the designated address, that were reported and submitted to us by our Partner, can be claimed by the respective customers within 90 (ninety) calendar days since the said order was made.


If the respective customers don’t claim their item(s) within the above timeline, then it is a firm declaration from the customers that the entire title rights of the item(s) was transferred and handed-over to us. Thus, we have the full rights to take any action on the said item(s).

How do I get fare estimate for my delivery?

Want to check the estimated price of sending goods using GO-SEND? Or do you want to check the price of sending GO-FOOD to your crush? Here's how to see estimated cost rates in GOJEK services: 

  1. Select the GOJEK service that you want on the GOJEK application home page

  1. If you want to use GO-FOOD, you choose the food first, or if you want to send items using GO-SEND or GO-BOX, you can write the details of the package / item you want to send. After that, you select the destination and shipping details on the order confirmation page to continue.

  1. Then, you choose the payment method using cash or GO-PAY. Keep in mind, different payment methods will affect the total cost of delivery. If you have active voucher that according to the service chosen, the delivery fees that appear in the application are automatically deducted according to the voucher value
  2. You will see estimated service charge rates in the application. Because you only want to check the delivery fee, then you don't need to press the 'Order' button!

I want to give rating and tip to Driver

Had a pleasant trip with our driver? Or, did our driver still deliver your food even though it was raining?
Aside from saying thanks, you can show your appreciation by giving rating and tip to our driver after they completed the order.


“OMG I forgot to give rating and tip to driver”

Easy peasy, simply follow these steps:

  1. After each completed order, you will see driver’s rating page that you have to fill
  2. If you forgot to give rating to the driver, you can still do it by clicking 'Orders' section in GOJEK app homepage, click 'History' icon at the top right corner of the page, and choose the order that you want to give rating
 
  1. Give star(s) to the driver to rate their service
    • 5 Stars: Awesome
    • 4 Stars: Good
    • 3 Stars: OK
    • 2 Stars: Bad
    • 1 Star: Very Bad

  1. After giving a star, you will see a number of reasons you can choose. You can also tip the driver. The nominal tip that can be given depends on the GO-PAY balance you have

  1. Next, give additional comment about the driver in comment box if needed

  1. Click 'Done'
     

Please remember...

  1. The rating and tip that you have submitted cannot be revised. 
  2. If you forgot to tip your driver and you already submitted your rating, you cannot tip them. 
  3. Please make sure you gave the proper rating and tip based on your trip experience before you submit it.
  4. You can only tip driver if you make a payment using GO-PAY and you have enough GO-PAY balance to do so.
