Pay with GO-PAY at online store

Now, you can make a payment using GO-PAY at online store such as Coda Shop, Adidas, Kitabisa, Sociolla, Tororo, The Body Shop, Cottonink, HIJUPLoket, Voyej, ZAP Clinic, Naked Press Juice, Sayur Box, Gorry Gourmet, The Harvest, Anomali Coffee (mobile app), E-mas (mobile app), Indogold,  Ruangguru, Youthmanual, Mizan Store, Tempo.co, Rollover Reaction, BLP Beauty, Trans Studio Bandung, Zakatpedia, Wecare, Indorelawan, and other online stores that listed as GO-PAY Merchant.


Follow these steps to use GO-PAY as your payment method: 

  1. Shop at an online store and choose GO-PAY as a payment method
  2. Your GO-JEK app will be open automatically
  3. If you’re making payment through a desktop screen, open your GOJEK app, and scan QR code that appears on your payment detail
  4. See payment detail on your GOJEK application and click ‘PAY’ in GO-PAY features
  5. Enter your GO-PAY PIN

How much are the minimum and maximum transaction at the online store?

There is no minimum transaction if you use GO-PAY as a payment method, but your transaction limit depends on your current GO-PAY limit.

I can’t make payment at online stores, what should I do?

If you can’t make payment at an online store, please make sure these two things:

  • You’ve entered the correct GO-PAY PIN
  • Your GO-PAY balance is sufficient

 

Easy way to do QR scan

You can easily transfer your GO-PAY balance to your friend using scan QR with these following steps: 

  1. Open your GOJEK app
  2. In the homepage, click 'Pay' in GO-PAY features
  3. Scanner will appear on your screen, and all you need to do is point the scanner to the QR code. Make sure the QR code is in good condition, if QR code is unclear or faded, you can ask the cashier to show QR code in the portal or merchant’s app
  4. After scanning the code, you will see the transferee name will appear and make sure it is correct. Next, input the amount of transfer, click 'Confirm' and 'Pay'
  5. Input your GO-PAY PIN.

In order to do QR scan, make sure that you have set your phone in the following ways:

  1. Open 'Setting' in your phone
  2. Choose 'Applications'

How to seek GO-PAY information in GO-JEK app

Do you find difficulties in seeking information related to GO-PAY, such as how to top up, how to transfer, or any other issues? It’s actually easy! You can see all of the information about GO-PAY through the Help page on GOJEK app by following these steps:

  1. Click More in GO-PAY menu
  2. Choose Help



  3. Find the article related to the information that you’re looking for. Example: If you have an issue related to unreceived top up, choose the article with title: “I haven’t received my GO-PAY top up”
  4. You can also use the Search Bar to find the information that you need. Example: If you want to know about how to top up GO-PAY balance, on the Search Bar, just type sentences like “How to top” and then click the article that pops out.

Payment combination using GO-PAY and cash

Want to order something but your GO-PAY balance is only sufficient to pay for part of the total amount of your order? Just combine it with cash!

GOJEK accepts combination of payment using GO-PAY and cash for these services:

  1. GO-FOOD
  2. GO-SHOP

Beside these two services, you can only make payment by one method, which is GO-PAY or cash.


You can only pay with a combination of GO-PAY and cash when your GO-PAY balance is insufficient to pay your order.


For example:

You have Rp50.000 on your GO-PAY balance and you want to order GO-FOOD worth of Rp120.000. There are several ways to pay your order:

  1. Top up your GO-PAY balance, so you can pay entirely with your GO-PAY
  2. Pay with the whole remaining balance of your GO-PAY and the rest with cash (Rp50.000 in GO-PAY + Rp70.000 in cash)
  3. Full payment with cash.

How do I Manage my bank account for Withdraw?

You can add another bank account in GO-PAY to withdraw your GO-PAY credit. If you never add your bank account for withdraw, you can see the information here


To add another bank account, follow the steps below:

  1. Choose More on GO-PAY menu
  2. Click Settings
  3. Click Bank Account
  4. Choose Add Another Bank
  5. Enter the bank name, account name, and account number as written on your Bank Account Book, then click Save


If you want to make your new bank account as the default account in GO-PAY, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Choose More on GO-PAY menu
  2. Click Settings
  3. Click Bank Account
  4. Choose your bank account that you want to set as the default account
  5. Click Set as default account


Can I delete my bank account in GO-PAY?

Sure, you can delete your bank account in GO-PAY except your default bank account. Here’s how to delete bank account in your GO-PAY:

  1. Choose More in main menu
  2. Choose Settings
  3. Choose Bank Account
  4. Choose the bank account you want to delete, then select Delete Account
  5. Your bank account will be deleted

Somebody used my account

If you think someone else has used your account without your knowledge, please follow these steps:

  1. Do not log out from your app
  2. Report to cs@go-pay.co.id with these following data:
    • Detail of what happened to your GOJEK account
    • Screenshot of GO-PAY transaction history
    • Latest GO-PAY balance before someone else used your account
    • Proof (or receipt) of GO-PAY top up transaction (if any)

We will process your report as soon as we can do to retrieve your account back.

To secure your GO-PAY, please create your GO-PAY PIN. This is how:

  1. Go to ‘More’ in GO-PAY tab on homepage
  2. Select ‘Set a GO-PAY PIN’

What is GO-PAY PIN?

GO-PAY PIN is a new security feature that you can now enjoy to keep your GO-PAY. That is why you need to create PIN.

 

Important thing for you to know

To ensure the security of your account, GOJEK has the latest feature that you can enjoy starting from version 2.24.1 (2.24.1.0). In this feature you don’t need to enter a password to log in to your account.

Here’s how to log in to your account easily:

  1. Enter your phone number or e-mail that is registered in GOJEK
  2. You will receive 4-digits secret password that is sent via SMS
  3. Enter 4-digits secret password in the required column and click ‘Submit’
  4. You are successfully logged in to your account

The following are things you have to do in order to always keep your account confidential:

  1. Keep your secret password secured as it’s very important and private
  2. Do not give your secret password to others

PT GOJEK Indonesia never request the 4-digits secret password. So if any party ask for secret password on behalf of PT GOJEK Indonesia, please do not share it.


What is Mission on GOJEK app?

What is Mission on GOJEK app?

Mission is a new feature that allows you to join a mission and get cashback as a reward once you have completed all tasks from the mission.

Currently we’re releasing Mission to some of eligible users. You can use Mission if you see Mission icon on More section in GO-PAY features: 

If you see the Mission icon already, it means you can immediately start to join any missions available and get the reward. Follow these easy steps below to start a mission: 

  1. Choose ‘More’ on GO-PAY menu
  2. Click ‘Mission’
  3. Click ‘I AM IN’ if it’s your first time then choose the available missions

 

  1. Important thing that you should do is to see  Mission Details first, such as: Reward/Cashback Amount, Total Tasks, Time Left, and Terms & Conditions

 

  1. Do the first task to start the mission and complete all tasks to achieve the reward


What if I already join a mission and want to continue the task? 
On Mission page click ‘In Progress’ to see the remaining tasks on your current mission. You can also see the completed or expired mission on ‘Past’ page and check new available missions on ‘New’ page.

How do I solve any problems related to Mission feature?
For now if you’re facing problems such as: 

  • Mission disappears even it hasn’t exceeded the time limit
  • Can’t complete the remaining tasks
  • Mission hasn’t been completed after finishing all tasks
  • Haven’t received the cashback after completing mission

How to withdraw my GO-PAY credit to my bank account?

You can withdraw your GO-PAY balance to the registered bank account(s) using GOJEK app. Before you use withdraw feature, please make sure things below:

  1. You have Upgraded Your GO-PAY Account
  2. You have registered your bank account correctly

Here is how to register your bank account in GO-PAY correctly

  1. Choose More on GO-PAY menu
  2. Choose Withdraw 
  3. Choose your Bank Name
  4. Enter Bank Account Name (account holder name) as written on Passbook (you can only use alphabets, space, and dot in bank account name)
  5. Enter Bank Account Number as written on Passbook

Here’s the example of registering your bank account correctly:


If you have registered your bank account, you can follow these easy steps to withdraw your GO-PAY balance:

  1. Choose 'More' in GO-PAY menu
  2. Choose ‘Withdraw
  3. Enter the amount you would like to withdraw in ‘Withdraw Amount’ field
  4. Choose bank account you want to transfer the money, then click ‘Withdraw
  5. Please make sure your transaction details then click ‘Confirm
  6. Enter your GO-PAY PIN
  7. Your withdraw will be processed

Notes:

  • Minimum withdraw GO-PAY balance: Rp10.000
  • Every withdraw transaction will be charged by Rp2.500
  • Any withdrawal request will be processed on the same day
  • You will get notification or check 'Inbox' menu on GOJEK app to see your transaction status (Successful or Failed)


I haven’t received my GO-PAY balance after 2 (two) business days, what should I do?

If you haven’t received your GO-PAY balance to your bank account after two business days, please report this to us by attaching your Mutation Account through: 

  • Help page on GOJEK app

How to manage your BCA Debit Card for Instant Top Up

If you already registered your BCA Debit Card on GOJEK app, you can manage your BCA Debit Card like to adjust your daily limit to top up GO-PAY credit and also to delete your registered BCA Debit Card.

Here’s how to manage your BCA Debit Card on GOJEK app:

  1. Choose More on GO-PAY menu
  2. Click Manage Debit Card

  1. Choose your registered BCA Debit Card to:
    1. Remove: Click Trash Bin logo on the right top of the screen then click Yes to confirm your request
    2. Adjust Daily Limit: Choose Adjust Daily Limit to set the daily limit
       

Please keep in mind that your daily limit is limited to Rp1.000.000 and also you won’t be able to add your Debit BCA Card again, once you have removed your BCA Debit Card from GOJEK app.

What is GO-PAY PIN?

GO-PAY PIN is a new security feature that you can now enjoy to keep your GO-PAY transaction secure. You need to set up a 6-digit PIN code that you have to enter each time you make a transaction using GO-PAY.

When creating a GO-PAY PIN, make sure you enter a combination of numbers that is easy to remember, and please do not share it with other people.

GO-PAY PIN is needed for these following actions:

  • GO-PAY Transfer
  • GO-PAY Withdraw
  • GO-PULSA payment transaction
  • GO-BILLS payment transaction
  • Payment transaction at GO-PAY merchant
  • Changing phone number in My Account

 

How do I set my GO-PAY PIN?

You can set your GO-PAY PIN by following these steps:

  1. Choose More in GO-PAY
  2. Click ‘Set a GO-PAY PIN’ or you can click ‘Settings’ on GO-PAY page

  1. Choose Set PIN
  2. Enter your 6 (six) digits PIN twice
  3. You will get a verification code sent to your phone number.*
  4. Please enter the code
  5. Yay! You have set a GO-PAY PIN


*If you are using a different phone number, please change your registered phone number on GOJEK App with the one you are currently using. Choose Account to change your phone number.


What if I want to change my GO-PAY PIN?

If you want to change GO-PAY PIN, you can follow these easy steps:

  1. Choose More in main menu
  2. Choose Settings
  3. Choose Change PIN
  4. Enter your current 6 (six) digits PIN
  5. Enter your new 6 (six) digits PIN twice
  6. Your PIN has been successfully changed


What if I forgot my GO-PAY PIN?

You can reset it by clicking Forgot PIN in GO-PAY Settings or the page where you need to enter your PIN. For the next step, let’s see below:

  1. Enter your new PIN code twice
  2. You will get a verification code, enter the code to complete the PIN reset process. Sssh, don’t let anyone know your code!
  3. Done! Your PIN has been successfully updated

Also, please keep in mind that if you enter wrong PIN for 3 (three) times and change the PIN afterwards, you have to wait for an hour to start using GO-PAY transaction again. This is done to prevent any form of account abuse.

What is GO-PAY?

GO-PAY is an electronic money for any payment transaction that you can use through GOJEK app. You can use GO-PAY for:

  • Transaction in GOJEK App: You can use GO-PAY for your transaction in the GOJEK app. Your credit can be used for GO-RIDE, GO-CAR, GO-FOOD, GO-SHOP, GO-SEND, GO-BOX, GO-PULSA, GO-BILLS, GO-TIX, GO-MASSAGE, GO-CLEAN, GO-GLAM, and GO-AUTO
     
  • In-Store Payment: Use GO-PAY as a payment method for your transaction at GO-PAY merchant by using ‘Scan QR’ that will deduct your GO-PAY credit.
     
  • Online Payment: Use GO-PAY as a payment method for your transaction at several Online Stores.
     
  • Other Transactions: If you have already Upgraded your GO-PAY account, you can transfer your GO-PAY credit to other GOJEK users and you can also withdraw your GO-PAY credit through your bank account.

GO-PAY other features include:

  1. Pay: This feature is a merger between Transfer and Scan QR on the latest version. Use this to transfer your balance to other GO-PAY accounts, make payment at GO-PAY merchants, and shop at online store by scanning the QR code or by showing GO-PAY Code from GOJEK app (only for payment in Alfamart).
  2. Promo: This feature allows you to see various GO-PAY promo.
  3. Top Up: This feature helps you to see top up GO-PAY credit using BCA OneKlik and see more information on how to top up GO-PAY credit via ATM, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Driver, Alfa Group, and Pegadaian.
  4. More: If you click this icon, it will show you more of GO-PAY features.
  5. Mission: You can use this feature to join available missions and get the reward
  6. Request: You can receive payment from another GO-PAY user by asking them to scan your QR code.
  7. History: This feature shows your transaction history. 
  8. Withdraw: You can transfer your GO-PAY credit to your bank account. In other words, you can withdraw your GO-PAY credit via your Bank Account.
  9. Voucher: You can use this feature to redeem your voucher code (if you have any). Just make sure the voucher code that you entered is right and still valid.
  10. Bills: This feature helps you to use GO-BILLS.
  11. Pulsa: This feature helps you to use GO-PULSA.
  12. Setting: You can use this feature to view your Upgrade GO-PAY status, register your bank account to withdraw, set your GO-PAY PIN, and information about GO-PAY terms and conditions.
  13. Help: You can learn all about GO-PAY and find solutions for the inquiry easily.
  14. Set A GO-PAY PIN!: This feature helps you to set your PIN to secure your GO-PAY credit. PIN is also necessary to use other features like ‘Transfer’, ‘Withdraw’, and transaction in GO-BILLS or GO-PULSA.

How do I add another bank account in GO-PAY

In GO-PAY 'Settings', you can register more than one bank account that you use to withdraw your GO-PAY credits. Here's how:

  1. Choose 'More' in GO-PAY menu
  2. Click 'Settings'
  3. Click 'Bank Account'
  4. Choose 'Add Another Bank'
  5. Enter the bank name, account name, and account number as written on your Bank Account Book, then click 'Save'

If you want to change your new bank account as the default account in GO-PAY, let’s follow  these steps: 

  1. Choose More in GO-PAY features
  2. Click 'Settings'
  3. Click 'Bank Account'
  4. Choose your bank account that you want to set as the default account
  5. Click 'Set as Default Account'

 

Can I delete my bank account that has been registered in GO-PAY?

Sure, you can delete your bank account in GO-PAY except your default bank account. Click here for further information about how to delete your bank account.

Why didn’t I receive my GO-PAY PIN verification code?

If you did not receive the code, please follow these steps:

  • Make sure that you are logging in with the phone number registered to your GOJEK account
  • Make sure your phone has a signal to receive an SMS with verification code
  • Wait until the verification code is sent via SMS. We will send the SMS to the registered phone number
  • Click on ‘Resend Code’ if you still don't get the SMS
  • If your verification code is invalid, please make sure you entered the correct code that is sent to your phone number.

However, if you lose your registered phone number, please contact your service provider to get your phone number back. After that, you can log in to your GOJEK account with your number.

Remember that verification code is very important and private so you should never share it with other people. PT GOJEK Indonesia never request the 4-digits verification code. So if any party ask for verification code on behalf of PT GOJEK Indonesia, please do not share it.

How do I delete bank account in GO-PAY?

Here's how to delete bank account in your GO-PAY:

  1. Choose 'More' in GO-PAY features

  1. Choose 'Settings'

  1. Choose 'Bank Account'

  1. Choose the bank account you want to delete, then select 'Delete Account'

  1. Your bank account will be deleted

For your information, you can’t delete your default bank account that has been registered in GO-PAY, but you can add another bank account or change your default bank account so you can use it instead. Click here for more information.

How do I transfer my GO-PAY balance?

Before you do a transfer, make sure you've already upgraded your GO-PAY account. You can do transfer to your friend's account as a new feature from GO-PAY without any additional charges. 

There are 3 (three) ways you can transfer GO-PAY:

  1. Choose 'Pay' on GO-PAY features
    *Now Transfer and Scan QR features are merged into Pay

  • In 'Pay' feature, you can simply scan the receiver's QR code

Here’s how to view the QR Code from the receiver:

  1. Go to GO-PAY features, click 'More' and choose 'Request'
  2. The QR code will appear

  1. Enter your friend’s phone number registered to GOJEK by clicking 'Phone Number' on 'More Payment Options'

  • Enter the desired amount to be transferred, then click 'Confirm'.
  • Choose 'Pay' in Review Payment page

  • Enter your GO-PAY PIN, and yay! you have successfully transferred your balance to your friend’s account

  • To see more information about your transfer, you can swipe up to Receiver Detail on Payment successful page or you can see it on History
  1. Now on the latest version of GOJEK app there’s new GO-CHAT feature that you can use to transfer GO-PAY balance to GOJEK users. Find out more here.

Always make sure you have entered the right transfer amount and destination phone number, also receiver’s GO-PAY balance doesn’t exceed the specified limit.

Experience a seamless transaction at SPBU Pertamina with GO-PAY! 

GO-PAY is available as your alternative payment method for refueling your car at some of SPBU Pertamina.

How do I use GO-PAY at SPBU Pertamina?

  1. Go to one of the listed SPBU Pertamina
  2. Inform the cashier your total amount and that you will be using GO-PAY
  3. Cashier will print a QR code for you
  4. Open your GOJEK app and tap on ‘Scan QR’ to scan the QR code on the receipt from the INSIDE of your car
  5. Click “Pay” and enter your GO-PAY PIN. Please make sure the total amount and the merchant name are correct. And more importantly, make sure you still have enough GO-PAY balance.
  6. You’re done! Cashier will print out a payment receipt for you


Isn’t it dangerous to use a mobile phone at a gas station?

Don't worry! You will be safe as long as you scan the QR code from the INSIDE of your car and use your phone within 3 (three) meters from the gas filling machine.

 

I had an issue with the payment

Before you pay for your transaction, make sure you do the following:

  1. You have upgraded your GOJEK apps to the latest version
  2. You have upgraded your GO-PAY account
  3. Have a stable internet connection
  4. You have allowed your phone camera to access GOJEK app

  1. Scan the QR Code on the cashier or receipt that you receive. Make sure the QR code is in good condition, if QR code is unclear or faded, you can ask the cashier to show QR code in the portal or merchant’s app
  2. Make sure the store or restaurant name listed on the application is correct and your balance is sufficient, then enter the nominal amount to be paid (if needed)
  3. Click “Confirm” and then click “Pay”
  4. For scan QR Code from receipt, you just need to make sure that the Merchant's name and the total amount listed on the application is correct, then click "Pay"

Do I need to pay an extra fee for this transaction?

GO-PAY will not cost you any extra fee for this transaction. 

I entered the wrong nominal when I made the payment, what should I do?

If you had paid your transaction but the nominal wasn’t correct, such as:

  • Overpayment If you paid more than the designated price, please ask the cashier to give the overpayment using cash 
  • Underpayment or pay less If you paid less than the designated price, please transfer the remaining payment using their QR code

How do I use GO-PAY for GO-JEK services?

You can use GO-PAY for your transaction in the GOJEK app such as GO-RIDE, GO-CAR, GO-FOOD, GO-SHOP, GO-SEND, GO-BOX, GO-PULSA, GO-BILLS, GO-TIX, GO-MASSAGE, GO-CLEAN, GO-GLAM, and GO-AUTO. Here’s how: 

  1. Choose the GOJEK service in main menu. Example: Click GO-RIDE to order a bike
  2. Enter your destination and pick up location, then select GO-PAY as the payment method

  1. The fare of your trip will show up, and click 'Order' to continue the booking

Charity to the Mosque with GO-PAY

Who wants to give charity but forgets to bring cash? No need to worry! You still can give charity to mosque using your GO-PAY credits. Easy, isn’t it?

 

Here’s the steps:

  1. Find the promotion materials such as standing banner at the mosque’s area.
    *Click here to find out the list of mosques that receive GO-PAY
  2. Open your GOJEK app, then choose “Scan QR (Pay)” to scan the QR code
  3. Scan the QR code
  4. Enter the nominal
  5. Make sure the mosque’s name is correct, and there’ll be a verification sign beside its name, then choose “Confirm” and “Pay”
  6. Enter your GO-PAY PIN
  7. Done!

Why my GO-PAY account upgrade was rejected?

If your GO-PAY account upgrade was rejected, you will get a push notification from GOJEK app explaining why your GO-PAY account upgrade was rejected or from Inbox page on GOJEK app.

If you can’t find the information from the notification or Inbox page, you can check the reason why you were rejected in GO-PAY Account Upgrade page by following these steps below:

  1. Choose More on GO-PAY section
  2. Click ‘Unleash Superpowers From GO-PAY’ like the picture below
  3. Then click Upgrade Now to see reject reason that you can see within the red bar on top of the page

The following are some of the reasons why your GO-PAY Account Upgrade could be rejected:

The document you uploaded was considered damaged

Please make sure your ID information (Character, signature, and photo) is readable and verifiable. You can use other IDs between KTP/SIM/Passport if there’s any damage on ID you used to Upgrade GO-PAY Account.

Your selfie with ID is blurred

Please make sure your photo ID and selfie aren’t blurred before you try to upgrade your GO-PAY account again.

Selfie and ID Photos aren’t fully visible

You can upgrade your GO-PAY account again by uploading the documents according with our terms such as:

  • ID submitted is  KTP/SIM/PASSPORT
  • Holding the ID while taking selfie photo
  • Photo on your ID must be original not tampered

Another reasons as of why your Upgrade was rejected because:

  • Your ID or selfie with ID photos are covered with flash
  • Your ID and Selfie with ID photos are dark
  • You uploaded different ID document with the one you have chosen
  • Your ID and selfie with ID aren’t captured directly from your phone
  • Your selfie and ID photo is not the same person
  • You have exceeded the time limit of using the ID

Now you already know why your upgrade account was rejected, you can try to upgrade your GO-PAY account again by following the steps on this here.

Easy way to upgrade your GO-PAY account

You can upgrade your GO-PAY account to get the newest features such as:  

  • Transfer GO-PAY credit to other GOJEK users
  • Withdraw GO-PAY credit into your bank account
  • Also keep your GO-PAY balance to Rp10.000.000.

To upgrade your GO-PAY account, make sure you have a valid identity card (KTP/SIM/PASSPORT), also don’t forget to update your GOJEK app to the latest version.

Now you can follow these steps to upgrade your GO-PAY account:

  1. Choose 'More' ON GO-PAY features
  2. Click ‘Upgrade your GO-PAY Account (Free)’ as the picture below to continue upgrading your GO-PAY account

  1. Take a clear picture of your Identity Card (KTP/SIM/PASSPORT)
  2. Take a clear selfie of your face and your Identity Card (KTP/SIM/PASSPORT)
  3. Send the documents by clicking 'Submit Documents'

Here’s how to make a good selfie and photo ID card the correct way and to get verified in a jiff:

Your ID card (KTP, SIM, or Passport)
 

  • Make sure your identity card photo is fully visible and clear
  • Your identity card is still active
  • Your identity card photo must be captured directly, not a photocopy or other digital format

Your selfie with identity card (KTP, SIM, or PASSPORT)
 

  • Make sure your selfie with identity card photo is fully visible and clear
  • Make sure you’re using the same identity card with the identity card you’ve uploaded before
  • Your identity card doesn’t cover your face
  • Selfie with identity card must be captured directly from your phone

After you submitted the documents, you can follow the steps below to check your GO-PAY Account Upgrade status:

  1. Choose 'More' on GO-PAY features
  2. Click 'Settings'
  3. Status definition in Complete Your ID:
    • Pending = Documents have been accepted and are still being processed
    • Approved = Your  account has successfully upgrade is successful
    • Rejected = Your account rejected because did not match the required criteria. Please submit  with the correct document. *Click here to see the information why your GO-PAY upgrade account was rejected

Why my GO-PAY upgrade account request hasn’t been proceeded yet?
Remember that the verification and confirmation process will take approximately 1 (one) day. If you haven't got confirmation after 1 (one) day, please report it to us through:

Is there a limit to my GO-PAY balance?

Below is the GO-PAY balance limit for upgraded and nonupgraded GO-PAY account:

  • GO-PAY balance limit for nonupgraded GO-PAY account is Rp2.000.000
  • GO-PAY balance limit for upgraded GO-PAY account is Rp10.000.000
  • The maximum accumulated GO-PAY balance that you can receive is Rp20.000.000 (in one month) for both upgraded and non-upgraded account

Your GO-PAY balance top up or receive transaction will fail if the amount of top up or receive causes your balance to exceed the specified limit. When these transactions fail, you will receive an SMS to the number registered in your GOJEK account. Here are the SMS you will receive:

“Gagal menerima saldo. Batas saldo GO-PAY max 2jt. Lengkapi data kamu untuk meningkatkan batas saldo hingga 10jt di halaman GO-PAY pada aplikasi GOJEK”

Or if the amount of your top up balance has reached the maximum limit, you will receive an SMS with the following information:

“Gagal menerima saldo. Batas maksimal pengisian saldo GO-PAY adalah 20jt. Mohon coba lagi di bulan berikutnya."

I haven’t received my GO-PAY top up

Don’t worry. All of your transactions are recorded in our system. So, when this happens, please make sure the following:

  1. Check your transfer receipt and make sure you input the phone number registered to your GOJEK account
  2. Make sure your transaction is recorded in History menu
  3. Close and re-open GOJEK app

I’ve done all those things, but I still haven’t received my top up. What should I do?

Is there a transaction limit that listed on GO-PAY transaction history?

There’s no limitation of your transactions that listed on History page. Scroll down on History page to see the rest of your transactions.

Can I delete my GO-PAY transaction history?

In ‘History’ page, you cannot delete order history or transactions you've done before.

Where can I see the details order history for GOJEK services?

You can find your GOJEK services order history on Orders menu then click the clock icon at the top right corner of the page.

Use Nearby to find the nearest GO-PAY Merchant

Now you can use GO-NEARBY on GOJEK app to find the nearest store or restaurants that accept payment with GO-PAY with a maximum distance of 10 km of your current location.

Here's how to use GO-NEARBY:

  1. Choose GO-NEARBY on GOJEK app homepage

  1. You will see the list of GO-PAY Merchants near you

  1. On Nearby page, you can also do these things:
  1. Click With Promo to see promo on selected GO-PAY Merchants
  2. Click Open Now to see GO-PAY Merchants that still open

     

  3. Find GO-PAY Merchants at popular area by clicking Pencil Logo
  4. See available GO-POINTS vouchers at GO-PAY Merchants

 

 

  1. On the information page, you can do the following:
    1. See the restaurant’s operational hours
    2. Find an information about the promo that may be available
    3. Contact the GO-PAY Merchants
    4. Order GO-RIDE to go to the Merchant you want to visit
    5. See the restaurant’s location on the map
    6. Make a payment through GO-NEARBY by pressing the Make a Payment button
    7. Buy and see voucher information at the GO-PAY Merchant if available

To be able in using GO-NEARBY, make sure you have set up the location services on your handphone through the following steps:

  1. Open Settings on your phone
  2. Select Application
  3. Select the GOJEK app, and click App Permission
  4. Turn on access for location

*Steps can be various depending on the type and model of the device you are using.

How to pay using GO-PAY Code

Now you can use GO-PAY Code feature to pay at Alfamart by showing your GO-PAY Code from GOJEK app to the cashier.

There are two types of GO-PAY Code to make a payment which are Barcode and QR Code. Before you pay using GO-PAY Code, make sure you have updated your GOJEK app into the latest version and already set the GO-PAY PIN*.

How do I make a payment with QR Code?

Easy as pie!

  1. Open GOJEK app
  2. Click Pay on GO-PAY Menu
  3. Choose GO-PAY Code

  1. Enter GO-PAY PIN to display GO-PAY Code 

  1. Select one of GO-PAY Code (Barcode or QR Code). You can tap one of GO-PAY Code to expand the code
  2. Show GO-PAY Code to the Alfamart cashier. The cashier will scan your GO-PAY code
  3. You will be notified once the payment has succeed

 

Please note that GO-PAY Code will be expired after 90 (ninety) seconds. But do not worry, when you exceed the time limit, you can click Renew Code to show your new GO-PAY Code.

 

Is there any minimum or maximum transaction using GO-PAY Code?

Yup! The minimum transaction using GO-PAY Code at Alfamart is Rp1.000, and the maximum transaction using GO-PAY Code is Rp500.000. If you want to make a payment above the maximum limit, you can ask the cashier on Alfamart to split your bill.
