Once submitted, the driver’s information can not be edited.
When will my account be active?
Once your application is submitted, it generally takes 1-5 working days for review. Before submitting the application please keep the following in mind:
Can I change my e-mail address after registration?
The e-mail address that you submit at the time of registration would be used to login to the driver app. Please register with an e-mail address that you use regularly.
Can I change my phone number after registration?
Phone number is allowed to be changed after you’ve become a GO-CAR Driver. Driver should come to the nearest GO-JEK operational office to change the phone number.
Is it mandatory to sign up with a referral code?
Referrer code is an optional field. However if you are referred by a GO-CAR Driver then it is advisable to use the referrer code.
What do I do if I signed up to drive in wrong city?
This detail can be edited later by going to the nearest GO-JEK operational office
How will I be paid?
All your money would be in your GO-PAY account. When you make a withdrawal request, your money would be transferred to your bank account within 24 hours.
How can I view my earnings?
You can view your earnings in your your driver app

Use GO-CAR to get you around and ride comfortably with a maximum distance of 75 km. You can also make multiple orders at a time.
In GO-CAR, you can't choose the type of the car, and you might also get a Blue Bird taxi. You will get a pop-up notification when you get a Blue Bird taxi for your ride.
Please keep in mind that for GO-CAR and Blue Bird taxi, the number of passengers is limited to only 4 (four) people.
By upgrading to the latest version of GO-JEK app, you can communicate with GO-CAR Driver easily through the in-app chat feature. Below are the steps of using GO-CAR:
1. Choose GO-CAR in main menu
2.You can set your drop-off location by:
a. Choosing the suggested location
b. Typing on the search bar or selecting the location via map and moving the pin around
3. You can confirm your destination location by clicking the ‘Confirm Destination’ button. After that, you can choose your pick-up location. Just click on the pick-up location, then choose your pick-up location
4. If you choose public places like mall, airport, or office building as your pick-up location, you can pick one of the suggested pick-up points as the picture below
5. You can also help our Driver to easily find you by adding a note that will be shown after you choose your pick-up location
6. Select your preferred payment method (GO-PAY or cash). If you have an active GO-CAR voucher, your fare will automatically be deducted according to your voucher value
7. Select 'Order GO-CAR' to make a reservation
8. If you couldn’t find the nearest Driver from your pick-up location, a notification will appear and you can retry to find Driver by click ‘Retry Order’
9. When you get a Driver, you can see their location and contact them through call or in-app chat
10. If you want to cancel your order, click the ‘Cancel Order’ button and click ‘Yes’ on the verification message
After using GO-CAR service, you will get a pop-up message to rate your Driver. You will also have your GO-CAR receipt sent to your e-mail at the end of the trip. You just have to make sure that your e-mail address is already verified. To verify your e-mail, please go to 'My Account'
If you don't get the receipt after using GO-CAR service, you can get it from your order history. Here's how:
